The RFID Solutions Center is staffed by experienced business and technical professionals in the RFID industry, with expertise across numerous applications and markets.
Damon Bramble
General Manager
Director for the RFID Solution Center, Mr. Bramble possesses tremendous depth of experience and expertise in RFID implementations and has been focused on production implementations of RFID solutions for almost 10 years. He has direct installation experience and has executed strategic rollout with large customers such as Nortel, Lockheed Martin, Delta Air Lines, UPS, Johnson and Johnson, Dell, GE Medical, Boeing, Ford, Department of Defense, Gillette, Kraft, Vanity Fair, Hewlett Packard, Proctor & Gamble, Pfizer, Cardinal Health, and many others throughout North and South America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Australia, and Asia. His implementation teams have been responsible for RFID implementations and execution across multiple markets and major market location worldwide. A management veteran of RFID companies, Alien Technology, RF Code, Inc. and PinPoint Technology, Mr. Bramble received his B.S.M.E. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Susan Hideko Pearson

Susan Pearson has over 15 years of experience in supply chain management programs and systems, with specific expertise in planning, distribution and logistics optimization, transportation, systems integration, and security issues. She has supported both Global 2000 accounts throughout North America and the Federal Government, including DOD and civilian agencies. She is a practiced professional in both passive and active RFID applications, understanding the solutions from hardware manufacturing through enterprise systems integration.
Ms. Pearson is currently Vice President, Global Alliances & Partnerships for Alien Technology, and is responsible for setting strategic directions, managing business partnerships, enabling technology alliances and business development.

Victor Vega
Director, Technical Services
Mr. Vega has long been on the forefront of RFID having led early RFID product development at Motorola. Mr. Vega has nearly 17 years of engineering experience, is author to 19 RFID-related patents and is the recipient of numerous honors and awards for his technical and leadership abilities while at Motorola. Mr. Vega currently serves as one of the companies primary RFID instructors in Alien’s RFID Academy – responsible for educating more than 1500 students, representing 600 companies, as to the hardware, software and other aspects required to help successfully deploy RFID. Prior to Motorola, Mr. Vega worked in various capacities as an engineer for IBM and NASA. He received his B.S.E.E from New Mexico State University. |
